Needed a new pillowcase fir my pillow as the zipper broke in washing the other one on day. This pillow is a difference maker for sleep. It supports my neck and shoulders properly for good sleep.

Was unable to get pillowcase on pillow. Which led me to email negative review. I later went on the internet looking for directions. There, I found how to put the pillowcase in the pillow. Which, was not easy an easy task. I strongly,,suggest that include instructions with pillow case. To avoid frustration.

I love my new pillowcase but most of all I love my pillow I got one for my husband and he loves it too. I bought a lot of different pillows but I got to say this one is the best on the market I love it I love it I love it I wake up with no neck ache I feel great my husband loves to cooling effect I'll put my cooling pillow on in summer.

Initial review: A high priced but shoddy item. Zipper broke after 60 days. The seller refuses to replace the item. They say their system can’t verify Amazon orders. Sending them proof of purchase via screen shot photos and photo of damaged item didn’t satisfy them. They refuse to stand behind their merchandise.

This is for the Memory Foam Pillow: It has the best shape I have ever seen to relax the Trapezius muscle. Relieved neck pain, first time I slept through the night! The pillow case is just to keep it clean, but both products are made with soft comfortable fabrics. N.M.

when you buy the Derila Pillow, buy also 2 pillowcases to protect the pillow and enable to wash the pillowcase when it gets soiled from use

The zipper broke the very first time I put it on. Original pillow case has a much sturdier zipper and I haven’t had any issues yet, but this one isn’t worth it.

The pillow felt too uncomfortable and was not what I ext.
