This is the best eyeliner for your waterline. It does not smudge and it is tear proof and waterproof. It does not irritate my eyes or cause any redness or itching. It has a rich color and glides on smoothly.

This is by far the best waterline eye liner I have found. It goes on soft and easy and stays on all day. Love it.

I’ve ordered this at least 4 times. It doesn’t run if you’re using it on the waterline and stays put on the eyelid as well.

I’ve used this for many years on the upper and lower waterline. It doesn’t get on my contact lenses - I do reapply mid day but I wear makeup from 6 am to 10 pm - I have tried softer pencils but then they get on my lenses snd they are ruined so I pay a little more and get Vasanti!

Not sure yet the couple times I've worn it, it still runs mid day but it was been 95 degrees

This is my second order. The first one, I was impressed. It glided on and was amazing lasted all day. My second order, right out of the package it would not “smear” on like the prior one. Maybe it dried out or maybe the manufacturing changed but I hate it and threw it in the garbage. Don’t waste your money.
