Straightforward to set up an use. In use for 18 months, so far no problems. Just once one handset lost contact with base, fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting battery. Sound is fine. Easy to use buttons. Large number of directory entries (1000). Good price comparatively.Some minor areas of improvement:1. Info given by machine re: messages (e.g. "you have x number of messages") too loud (male voice), cannot be turned down or off2. Handsets do not sit securely in their cradle, can be easily knocked over3. To indicate new messages there's just one solid small red light on base, nothing on handsets

I bought this phone set for a friend who has dementia. The big flaw is that the middle button blocks the person who is calling!!! I had to put a bright sticker over that button that said “no!” The delete button should be a small button, put elsewhere, not front and center. Other than that the phone works well and is reasonably priced.

I bought this telephone set because it included smart call blocking and we had become swamped with 50 or more robo-calls per day. This telephone set IMMEDIATELY did the job fully to my satisfaction. I can now actually see on the screen robo-calls appear and then be evaluated and blocked, without the telephone ever ringing and disturbing us. Robo-calls now NEVER get through and we have peace and quiet. Legitimate calls come through fine. This telephone set was easy to set up, included good instructions, and is a very good value. It includes TWO additional wireless phones so our entire house is fully covered.

This is a great phone system. I love the "call screening" feature; it has blocked innumerable spam and telemarketer calls. When one does get through, all we have to do is add that number to the call block feature, and voila! we never hear from that telemarketer again. Best system we've ever had! Our old phone was able to block 150 numbers, which was not nearly enough. This one is able to block about 1500, but we don't need to actually list all of them because of the call screening feature. You can't go wrong with this phone system if you want to block unwanted callers.

Turned up to full blast but can barely hear it.

This was a direct replacement for our old At & T phones which finally said no more. No back ground noise ,good spewach clarity and newer features then our old system (Call blocking!).
