Absolutely brilliant Bought this as a 21st birthday gift for my eldest daughter and she loves it The pack is beautifully presented with an official certificate, maps and lots of information for you as a new landowner on your estate in Scotland (even if it is just 1 foot square 😜) Really fun gift, or even for yourself, to become Lord (or Lady) of the manor to impress the commoners with Have heard it might even get yous the odd upgrade or two aswelll … bonus!!

I ordered this as I thought it would be a bit of fun as a Christmas gift for my husband. Indeed we did have a great time calling him Lord, your worship, etc. Obviously we were aware this is not a legal title, but great fun all the same, although you do actually own a small plot of land. I must say the quality of the paperwork, certificates etc..and also the amount of information included goes beyond expectations. I would absolutely recommend this as a gift.

this is the perfect gift. impressive package with all the information you require. love the certificate which was printed with the recipients name. also must mention the wonderful service from this seller ordered it on sunday with follow up e mail to them with recipients name...received a reply on Monday morning from Tom saying that as it was a birthday gift ,they could date it for the actual day. couldn't believe it when the post man delivered it this morning....Now, that's what you call service. So impressed with the whole thing I'm going to order one for my brothers birthday in September. I really do recommend this as a gift for someone who has everything. Great fun

This arrived ahead of schedule and was safely packed, hid it until his big birthday and when IO gave it to him he was really chuffed; so I was glad that I did not follow everyone else's example and just given him cash, which is fine but not exactly personal. His mother thought it was a joke until she looked through the papers they sent, she told him not to let any of his relatives in Jamaica know he was now a Scottish lord or they will think he has money. One of his old school friends asked if he was going to build a house on the island and I had to explain that he would have to plant a tree on his plot and wait about twenty years so that he could build a tree house in it. Some people have no idea! I bought a plot of land for him, not the island

Great gift product I bought for my husband for a special age birthday . Being Scottish even more appropriate . Only picky negative is the folder shows Lord and Lady on the front but as my order was for the Laird then the folder for relevant order should be supplied .

These look so nice. I know my family is going to love them. We'll be a addressing eachother on Chritmas day as Lairds and Lords, That will be fun! And will make nice memories too.
