I've been taking these vitamins for the past month now and while I have not noticed a significant change outwardly I have slept better generally while on them and have also traveled via airplane and did not get sick which I somehow always pick up a bug on flights. I think they taste pretty good with a slight aftertaste but nothing very off putting at all. “New Look” isn’t good at all, the whole flavor is off along with few critical vitamins. I had no problem with decreasing the serving size from 6 to 3, I guess it helps their bottom line, but a few ingredients changed: they removed CoQ10 entirely and replaced Fish Oil with Algal Oil. I like “old look” one mostly because taste, they are gummies after all, the more the merrier. Hopefully they don’t remove the “old” one and just display this “New” one as the vegan, low sugar version.
