My 15 month old figured out how to put the cards in and out right away, how to push the buttons, and how to be patient and listen to stories. He is a kid that doesn’t get a lot of screen time, and loves books, but also loves the occasional Ms Rachel. Great sound quality, the app is very functional and easy to use, great durability and heavy, but easy for them to carry around if they need to. The size is perfect to be portable. A great value for money overall and good fit for all ages. I highly recommend this for anyone with kids. I can’t wait till he gets older and we can get the Harry Potter cards for him!

We just received this the other day and my daughter loves it. Currently don't have any issues with it. It works exactly as intended and it appears to have a ton of content available. We purchased a silicone case to protect it from drops. So far I feel it is a good value for the money paid.

We LOVE our Yoto player. It is super easy to use and we love that it can be controlled from our phones and restrictions (specifically for sound level) can be set.

Great item. The starter pack was really helpful for my kiddos to understand the concept of the player. It’s a good size for toddler hands and is sturdy enough I’m not worried about it getting bumped or staying close to the floor as they’re playing. I’m impressed by the volume, you can control the max volume on the app but the color code on the Yoto itself help our kiddo understand her volume limits.

My daughter loves this. It’s great to travel with, gives so much freedom for the kids to play what they want. The only downside is having to hear the same song for weeks , daily, on repeat. I usually end up charging it every alternate days if played during the day

I researched this for so long I’m so happy that it came and I love it for my son. It’s so cute and the cards are easily stored. It has its own radio station and podcast and the picture that pops up for each card is cute! Sound quality is great! I think as my son gets older this will become a great toy for him to listen to books and stories. My only gripe is that there are no Bluey cards so we’ll have to make our own.

I bought this for my son's 3 yr birthday. He loved it, he would listen to each card for 10 seconds before sticking in the next card. Then we recorded our own cards. Now thats the only thing he needs to fall asleep at night. I also inadvertently build tested this thing - I put the player on top of my car while loading up and forgot to take it off the top of my car. 3 miles later I hear/see it fly off the top of my car at about 35mph, bounce 2 times, get hit by the car behind me. I retrieved it - 1 button had come off and the front screen had come off. Found them on the side of the road, put it all back together and EVERYTHING STILL WORKS! A drexel fixed the road burns and now it's back on my kid's nightstand churning out tunes!

This has been just right for our four year old. We use it some mornings for the daily 10mins podcast with Jake (free) which is lively and aimed at children. Sometimes we use it to guide drawings or dancing. However, we always use it each night to listen to stories (typically needing to buy Yoto cards separately but they’re very affordable. There are also some available for free but they are only ever available for a limited time). We also take the Yoto on long car journeys, typically surprising our little one with a new card. The screen shows one pixelated image per chapter and so it’s enough to guide a child through the story (so they can then navigate to and from their favourite chapters independently) without it feeling like they’re glued to a screen. There’s also a night light and wake up light function. Best purchase I’ve made for him.

Awesome product, sturdy, well designed, keeping a child entertained, easy to operate and just works. Do get the silicone sleeve through! Helps with handing and longevity of the unit.

We are absolutely loving having a Yoto in the home to help establish a routine with our kids, and have less screen time overall. Easy set-up and GREAT App experience overall. Very appreciative that we can set-up various alarms and timers, to help our kids be mindful of staying on schedule. We start each morning listening to the Yoto Daily podcast while eating breakfast, positive vibes to start the day off and great learning for all. My kids especially LOVE the tooth brushing timer, they use it both morning and at night as it is upbeat, fun and keeps them on track for how long they should brush for. Wonderful kid content available between the cards, podcasts and music. Great for learning, entertaining, practicing life skills, and best of all is you can even record your own contact for your kids to listen to.

Love our yoto product! Although the one we received is faulty as it does not read any cards the customer service from Yoto quickly resolves our issue and sent a replacement. Its a great audio box for kids and even adults! Highly recommended
