Good taste, not too salty or sweet, feel good about clean and higher quality ingredients, mixes well, no leftover residue. I like the flavor. Seems expensive, but you get 30 packets, and better quality ingredients are worth the investment in the long game. I feel hydrated and energized. Will try other flavors!

Awesome flavor and hydration that actually works!

I’m saying this because I wish someone would have said this when I was contemplating flavors: - raspberry is very good and easy to drink. It does taste like raspberry propel or a raspberry juice. It doesn’t cover the salt taste very well so if you don’t like the saltiness then dilute with more water and drink it cold. That helps - orange honestly tastes like tang or an artificial orange drink. It’s not bad but I was hicupping the flavor all day and it’s got a bit of a weird after taste at times. This one is very sweet and does cover the saltiness well but I still diluted with more water - watermelons literally tastes like you’re drinking a watermelon jolly rancher. Wasn’t for me, I actually had to dump it out. It’s very sweet and I just can’t drink something that tastes like candy all day. Overall I have been drinking these daily for about a month now and I do notice that I am less fatigued in the afternoon at work and I am yawning less (no my sleep schedule has not changed). I think for the price you’re paying a bit more than you would for other brands but I do feel like there are good ingredients in this product so I don’t mind the cost. These also dissolve very well in water and stay tasting good as my ice melts. I just need to drink these cold otherwise the flavor does get a bit overwhelming until severely watered down. For the price of a box, I can appreciate the benefits of instant hydration. However, again for the price of the box, there should be some sort of disclaimer that the grey sea salt, LITERALLY tastes like you’re taking a swig of ocean water. The taste of cotton candy was all but non existent. Dissolved well in water and juice. If youre looking for”instant hydration”,chug or drink quickly. If you enjoy the taste of salt water, this is for you! Taste changes significantly when using fridge cold water compared to water that has come to room temp.

Was using another brand for years but recently switched to this one and couldn’t be happier! Taste is delicious and it keeps me hydrated. I use one packet per day and notice my headaches are disappearing

I’ve waited two months before reviewing this product to make sure it wasn’t just a fad. This product is legit! I have consumed more water in the past two months than I have in a long time. My body feels better and I have more energy. The only thing I would caution is the amount of water to use. It was way too much flavor to put into one 16oz bottle. I mix it with 50oz of water and it is perfect for me.

I love Instant Hydration so much that I now get a monthly subscription. One box is enough for one person a month (since there are 30 sticks in a box). My favorite flavor is the cherry limeade, my second favorite flavor is raspberry, and mango pineapple is probably my least favorite because too much of the salt comes through with that flavor and not enough of the taste. I love that these are made of natural ingredients and are sugar free yet still taste delicious (it is a slightly acquired taste because they are so high in minerals). They’re way better than Liquid IV and I will never go back after switching to these. I can’t recommend them enough.

I bought these for the Dreamstate Festival my boyfriend and I attended based on the reviews I saw here. In my opinion, they are wildly overpriced, but that being said, we have a lot left over so a little goes a long way. The taste was just ok, but the main reason I went with these was that there's not a bunch of crap chemicals they add to it. I might be willing to try a different flavor if the price were to come down at some point. Bottom line, they did what they said they would do. Dissolved easily, not too sweet, and they kept us hydrated for a night of dancing. Dissolved easily which was good as we put it in our hydro-packs and sipped it from the attached straw.
