I only took two capsules the first day. I felt ill after taking. I discontinued for about a week, and took one capsule. I felt ill, unsteady on my feet, and slightly dizzy. Unfortunately, the product cannot be returned. So I lost money on that purchase. Being retired and on a fixed income, I try to purchase wisely and not lose money.
