These taste great and are the first inositol supplement that doesn’t make me groggy.

I like to take Inositol to help with ruminating thoughts--you know, those thoughts that just go on 'repeat' sometimes, especially when I'm irritated or mad. I usually need about 4,000 mg. of the powdered version held under my tongue to get them to stop playing on a loop, but it's nice to have the gummy version as well. I find the flavor of these to be mild--actually probably the most mild of all the gummy supplements I take. I only take 2 a day, so I don't feel like I get as much benefit as I do from the powdered version, but I'm also taking a quarter of what I would otherwise be dissolving under my tongue. Inositol is beneficial for so many things, not the least of which is a woman's cycle & reproductive health. Re: texture--these are a little "drier" on the outside than most of the other gummies I take, but they're not bad. I wish they were a little more concentrated, though, so I didn't have to take 8 gummies to get the same amount as I would in the powder. I'll continue using these daily, though, and will supplement with a teaspoon of the powder as needed.

Didn’t feel a difference

Taste is actually good, but they’re a bit on the sticky side. Not sure if they’re working yet, but they didn’t mess with my stomach, which is a plus. Would’ve liked a little more info on the dosage per gummy.

I got these for my wife and so far she likes them. She thinks they taste good and likes that this combines some things she already wanted to take, both for women's health and it includes Vitamin D, which is important to supplement when you live in places that get a lot of seasonal snow and cold winters that make sun exposure more challenging.She says that so far these are good and seem helpful and that she'd like to continue taking them. No bad tastes or smells and that's half the battle sometimes with supplements.

I was very surprised at the good quality.This even came triple sealed! The reviews are true!The taste is very sweet and good, and the texture is also good.Ive been taking this around lunch time daily.It actually seems to have improved my mood, and also might be the reason ive been recovering faster than normal.I take tons of supplements, and this one for sure is worth the money!Although to be clear, this time i got it for free in return for a review. But i will no doubt be getting more in the future!

These gummies taste good, and have a good texture. I cannot comment on their effectiveness just yet, but will update if there is anything negative.

I did not count these gummies, but the listing says there are 56 gummies per bottle, whereas the bottle says it has 60 gummies. Each serving is 2 gummies, so there is a 30 day supply here. It is triple sealed, so no worries of opening or contamination before it gets to you. No nonsense product here. So far I am happy with it.
