Monin states the following: "Specially designed and calibrated pump to dispense 5 milliliters with one pump". 1 ounce is 30 milliliters. Do the math.

I am guessing that the pump that you have is the one for the glass bottles. The one that you need is the one for the 1 liter plastic bottle. Both look the same but they fit only their own type of bottle. I had the same problem when Monin switched bottles.
