I got the grapefruit and I like it. It reminds me of a genre of beverage which I've come to favor, which is beverages which are mainly water, but with an ever so small splash of something else. Lemon water is one example, and I've come to enjoy the same effect with unsweetened cranberry water (the smaller the quantity of the added thing, the better the water-cooler drink seems to me). The Amazon brand elderberry water (which is unavailable lately) is another example. You can't even taste the elderberry, but it makes the water better. The La Croix grapefruit is the same way, it's like water, but better. You can hardly taste the grapefruit and I like that. I used to get the plain La Croix, but I had to stop getting it because it was like drinking air, it was super carbonated, but not a carbonation where it sizzles down your throat, it really was like drinking air. It made you want to drink more and more, just to quench your thirst. Plus, though, if you left it out, opened for any length of time, eventually it started to taste a little acidic, and I didn't think that was good. These grapefruit ones seem a little more normal, though, so I will buy them in the summer when I feel I need extra hydration (which is quaffable and not super acidic or something like that), or if I have guests. I didn't know what to expect when I bought the grapefruit, but I'm pleased with it and recommend it for if you want something to drink which is thirst quenching, refreshing, and quaffable and will not rot your mouth like sugary and/or acidic beverages. It's comprised of water and "natural flavors," so I'm guessing that's good, at least now with better regulation to assure that "natural flavors" are no longer dead bodies of humans, as they were in the very recent past. I wish La Croix would just tell us what they're using for the "natural flavors" --how hard can that be? But at least with better regulators at the helm, I feel safe that I'm not drinking cannibalistic beverages. I hate to expound on that, but it's super important, especially for the sake of the victims. I say that we can drink La Croix with confidence, though.

Nice fragrance, goes good with snacks and it is refreshing. These take a little while to get adjusted to, but they're worth it and this flavor is our favorite so far. We haven't tried many but have got this on subscription. We thought we'd have preferred the Guava Sao Paulo but found that didn't have much flavor at all.
