It's a sheet and it's made of acrylic. It's the right thickness, the right size, and it has a protective film that ensures it arrives without scratches.

It’s exactly the dimensions in the listing. You can cut it, drill it, screw into it. No issues. Good but for the money too. Made a router sled base with it and it’s solid as a rock

I made my own high current 12 Volt DC buss bars for my 5th Wheel RV battery modifications. I used this for my sub-straight and added holes for the bolts I added for connection points with a thick copper bar on top of it. I was able to heat the bolts slowly enough so I could pull the head of the bolts to melt their way into this sub-straight so the bolt heads were embedded in the plastic and not able to be exposed to the surface I mounted it to. This was thick enough to melt in the bolt heads and still have plenty of thickness to be strong enough for its purpose. Saved me real money making my own 12 VDC positive and a negative buss bar.

It’s closer to 7/16” or 11mm.. Probably not an issue for most. Other than that it’s good stuff.

I use this for a bandpass subwoofer enclosure. Very strong. Easy to cut and drill.
