When I originally bought this I did not like the taste. After seeing it sit in my cabinet for months I decided to try it again with different recipe. I love it with 3 frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and 1 whole banana with 1 cup of water and I love it!

I been taking this for a long time could not find for a while but now its back, has a great taste and works ,I mix mine with 10 - 12 oz of orange juice and 4 to 5 frozen strawberries in blender .Taste great and its also the way they make them at our gym.

Fantastic taste and when mixed right it tastes exactly like a strawberry milkshake. I mix about 6 ice cubes with about 6 ounces of water and blend a little. Then I add the powder and blend for about 1 minute. Do not add too much water. You can always add a little at a time if it is too thick. The ice gives it the texture of a milkshake. Occasionally I will add half a scoop of protein powder for a super protein shake.

Muy útil, trabajo todo el dia y solo tengo tiempo de dos comidas, asi que empece a llevar esto en un termo y tomaba 5 minutos en el trabajo para prepararlo, No provocó ningun malestar y saciaba el hambre durante las próximas 4 horas. Muy rico con leche, banano y avena.
