Defective product- melted chocolate
The chocolate should be small callets but instead a bif part of it is a whole chocolate. I did not open the package but it is like a hard square stone inside. I think it melted and got this shape. I want to return it as it is damaged.

Autant pour la pâtisserie que pour en croquer quelques uns au passage, ces pastilles de chocolat sont excellentes. Pas trop sucrées, pas trop amers, la quantité est au rendez vous et la saveur aussi. Top !

Callebaut isn't my favorite brand for tempered chocolate, but it's my go-to for most things given its price point. It tempers well and tastes great. I've ordered a few bags from Amazon. The age of them has varied. I've gotten two pretty old bags, and the chocolate was starting to show its age. Can't fault the chocolate for that though. However, I would never order through Amazon in warmer months. Sellers do not insulate or add cooling bags.

Some Chocolate chips have melted and solidify, not looking like chocolate chips anymore.. melted chocolate sticks to the packaging zip causing quite a mess
