I bought this for when my Sister comes to stay with me. She weighs 24st, so needed a bariatric Rollator.When this arrived, it was packed very well, and I was quite surprised at how much lighter it was than my expectations. It was very easy to put together, and I tried it out. I found the back brace to be not very comfortable, but then it's not like a wheelchair, it's only meant to support a person for a short while.I thought it was very well constructed and I would highly recommend it

The basket I found ineffective, the handles could have been made easier as the bolt is very fiddly to adjust with, the seat width was great but could have been softer the brakes I need to look at as they didn’t seem to be working right probably just adjustment required but I’m not 100% convinced.As for the use very comfortable to walk with and felt very sturdy would like to see things changed but I would recommend it.

I depend on my rollator to help me walk. I can only go short distances, then need a rest. The seat comes in handy for that. I find the seat hard and a bit uncomfortable, but it's a good walker, thank you !

Width could be a problem with narrower doorways.Not suitable for the frail as fairly heavy.I am a large man and it is very sturdy and reassuring and have complete confidence that it will not break and I fall on ground as has happened in the past. It was not of sufficient strength to support my weight and I have fallen causing painful injuries.Very pleased with product.😉

i cant praise this enough. it is very sturdy, but also very easy to fold and put in the car boot. i also walk my dog using this. it goes over fields and through the woods with ease. this is also fantastic quality at a very reasonable price.

I use this product to steady my walking.Unfortunately the front wheels want to go in different directions, which makes this walker very unstable and useless!Not impressed with this at all

The rollator walking aid has several design fails, but it’s solid and useable! I suppose good value for the money! But: (1) the seat is two inches too high (2) the wheels are hard shinny plastic, which slip on wet smooth surfaces (3) break levers badly positioned (4) breaks require far too much travel and hand pressure not suitable for Arthritic hands (4) shopping basket far too small to be of practical value (5) shopping basket hangs at an angle, so contents would not be held secure (5) very uncomfortable backrest (6) the rollator is not in anyway ergonomically designed!
