Love this! It has helped significantly when measuring fine powders that do not register on my other scale. Now I know my formulas have the accurate grams needed. Small, easy to calibrate & use. Can measure up to 50g. Highly recommend especially when you need absolute accuracy.

First the positive. The scale is compact, well made and the buttons are tactical and responsive. The display is large and bright enough to easily read. The Negative. I chose this particular scale among the many of its kind on Amazon because of the USB port. The addition of a USB port leads one to believe the scale has a rechargeable battery similar to two other scales I own but that is NOT the case. Yes the scale functions without batteries installed via the USB port ONLY AS LONG AS IT IS PLUGGED IN. So yes, it's good to have in an emergency when your batteries die, but otherwise this scale is just like any of the other scales that do not have a USB port at a lesser price point. For that lack of clarity in the description I am deducting 1 Star.

Works well, but has some drift when the lid is opened and closed. We were able to calibrate it with the weights, and it seems to hold calibration well. The only surprise (which was on me) was that it is pretty small. The footprint is about the size of a standard playing card. That would make it very portable, but not was useful for laboratory use. Otherwise it is great, and the price is really excellent.
