A little smaller than expected
This is a little smaller than expected, but that is a good thing. I went to the LV store and they recommended a soft felt base as to not damage the bag. This one is pretty sturdy. The fact it doesn't fit the bottom exactly helps make sure the corners will not damage the bag.

Stiff as a board
Appeared to be good quality. I purchased the red base and I must say it match my bag pretty well. I was looking for a base for protection not structure. For me this base is a no, it’s a little too stiff for my liking personally. I like my totes to sag and I definitely believe this base will prevent that.
