Beef Tallow and Zinc Sun Balm

I’ve been on the hunt for a trustworthy tallow sun balm, and I’m glad to say I’ve finally found one. This balm is a solid choice if you’re looking to move away from sunscreens with questionable chemicals. The product is a bit thicker, so you do need to take your time rubbing it in, and if you apply too much, it can leave a slight white cast. However, the extra effort is worth it for the peace of mind that comes with using minimal and natural ingredients. It’s fragrance-free and leaves my skin with a nice glow without peeling or flaking, even after reapplying. Works great & is an amazing & pure product. Sure it leaves a white cast & who cares! Never burned once. Thank you, now I don’t have to make my own. I am updating this review. My 2nd order came with a white lid not gold, no big deal. However it has a lot of product missing & I believe it has been used so I am sending it back & I will try it again. I am so disappointed & pretty grossed out from this.

If you are like me, you want your child to have the healthiest possible options for sunscreen this is it. Only 2 ingredients! Grass fed beef tallow and Non nano zinc oxide. My daughter has very sensitive skin and got a horrible sunburn earlier in the summer and I haven't felt good about putting the chemical filled regular sunscreen on her. This was the least expensive, healthy option to use until I can render my own beef tallow! It is a small jar, but it's glass so that's nice. It has a faint scent that my husband swears smells like stew... but it's hardly noticeable and fades over time. It does leave your skin looking a but white, but I'd rather have that than get a sunburn OR have chemicals soak into your skin! Love it so much we've bought it 3 times!

I’m sure this is a good product I wore for a full day it feels a bit heavy, but maybe I just put too much. I will warn you if you are tan or black DO NOT buy this. The white cast is crazy, looked like i was wearing make up
