15” Round Pizza Stone with Rack

Got this pizza stone to try to make pizzas on my outdoor pellet grill. I like that it has the handles so it's easy to pickup and transport the pizza from the house to the grill and back to the house when the pizza is done. My pellet grill only goes up to about 500 degrees so it takes about 12-15 minutes to cook a pizza on it using fresh dough. So far great results. The crust comes out perfect. I preheat my stone for about 30 minutes per the instructions then bring it in, place the pizza on it, and back to the smoker it goes. Holds heat well and the perfect size for a pizza for 2. If you get pizza sauce or cheese on it, best to try to burn it off but just know it might leave a dark stain.

This is my first time buying a pizza stone so I was weary of the outcome of my desired pizza crust preference. This stone delivers all that it promises, I love also that it comes with removable easy metal handles. You will not be disappointed with this great value product! Makes perfect wood fired chewy crust!

Item met my expectations.

I really like this stone ... it seemed a bit intimidating at first with the long seasoning process, but I just leave it in the oven and let the heat work it's magic. I've used it several times now and love it's performance. It stained pretty badly right away, but I really don't care about that - as long as it bakes my pizza, I'm happy. It's a lot lighter than I expected, holds the heat well and bakes a beautiful crispy, browned crust. Very happy with this purchase!

Solid product and love the scraper for making dough. Has made 50 great pizzas already without issues - love it.

This stone is a nice large size and a sturdy thickness. The handles make it easy to put in and remove from the oven. We use it primarily for homemade pizza and love how evenly the pizza cooks on this stone.

Nice cooking stone with a stand, replaced an older cooking stone.

Was disappointed (having never had a pizza stone before) to read the instructions and finding out you have to preheat stone for 1 hour at 500 degrees. I will use on outdoor grill this summer. Preheat is too long and too hot for indoors.

If you're on the fence about getting a pizza stone... Do it. You won't ever regret it and its fairly cheap in the first place. It cooks the pizza very well and evenly. Gives a nice crust to the base. I'd say you get value for money with this product. The thickness allows it to radiate a lot of heat into the pizza and it's just exceptionally tasty pizzas as a result. It's a little difficult to clean though.

Passend zum BBQ-Toro Kamado Smoker (mittleres Modell, nominal 39cm, Grillrost 33cm) habe ich mir diesen Stein als Deflektor und Pizzastein zugelegt. Und was soll ich sagen… Das Ding passt PERFEKT. Nicht zuletzt wegen dem mitgelieferten Metallbügel. Natürlich schließt der Deckel mit dem Bügel drauf nicht mehr perfekt – es bleibt ein 3mm Spalt – aber für Pizza ist das ja auch nicht nötig. LIEFERUNG Karton war offensichtlich schon mal geöffnet und dann komplett verdummt wiederverschlossen worden. Irgendwas von dem Schaumstoff fehlte auch – und so flogen der Karamikteller und der Rest wild in der Kiste herum. Aber alle Teile waren ganz, also Schwamm drüber. Das Produkt ist gut, manche Kunden sind einfach schamlos. Mit dabei war noch ein babyblauer Teigschaber. Der wird sich gut mit den anderen 5 in der Küchenschublade verstehen.
