I've had these useful little rugs for years. They can last a long time, although eventually they get worn through (or they get torn and then have to be trimmed down). So I have started replacing the ones I have. This one is by the front door. It doesn't slip around, and it's such a low pile that the door moves easily. Although the color doesn't match the floors, it coordinates well without calling undue attention to itself. I can wash it in my machine (and it IS a good idea to wash it before you used it, because it will shed at first!). I'm more interested in floor protection than warmth for these rugs, and these rugs work well. They're worth the money.

I purchased a mud rug more than 10 years ago and it just started to wear out. I was very pleased with it, so I purchased another one. This one while still very helpful in reducing tracked in dirt also sheds as another reviewer mentioned. The previous one I had never did that. I do like the rug, but with the shedding, I don’t know if it will last as long as the last one I owned. Another reviewer mentioned they didn’t like the color. I found the “tweed” effect of the rug was nicer than a solid color.

Seems ro do the job and is a decent size for the entry way had a smell even after washing that took a good week to go away. Was going to order a 2nd but the price went up $11.00 in a month. Crazy for a rug that was alrwady expensive for the size.

Have a pug who likes to dig in the yard. This has helped in stopping her from bringing in mud.

I had looked at this rug for a while and am happy I finally purchased it. The taupe color has a bit more black/dk brown in it then I would have thought, but it still works. It is easy to wash and seems to grab moisture and dirt as it claims.

The rug is a little small. It works pretty well but really muddy doggy paws still get past this rug!

I ordered what I thought was the right color, but it wasn't good in my four season room. I returned it and was promptly sent the perfect rug. It soaks up water off your shoes unbelievably well. I'm so thankful i found this rug. It is pricy, but I'd buy again and again.

This is a great rug, if they weren't so expensive, I would buy one for every door!!!
