I love how this book outlines a daily mantra with some simple instructions for trying a new technique. It is something I can easily do for a few minutes in the morning and hold the daily mantra with me all day. The book is very beautifully illustrated and I feel calm just looking at the illustrations.The content is applicable for all ages and a great gift idea too. I would highly recommend!

Love this Prompted Journal
I am a few weeks into this prompted journal & love it! The QR code brings you to a link where the author reads that day's guided practice (if you haven't listed to her Mindful in Minutes podcast already check that out as well! Kelly's calm voice and beautiful imagery is very helpful to a routine mindfulness practice.) I practice in the morning and sometimes revisit throghout the day, especially when anxious, it is truly a help.
