Great Value Great Customer Service
DCdirect has the best Customer service and WILL stand behind their products. I have had this product for some time without notice, the mice stopped working. I replaced the battery, never dropped, nor exposed to moisture. Used for simple office tasks. And I am not a gamer! DCdirect, without hesitation, promptly replaced the mouse. It’s ok. Stopped working after 5 weeks.
It’s very cute, think it looked good on my small desk. But unfortunately the letters were already rubbing off after 5 weeks of use. On top of that, keyboard stopped working and only types funky words when trying to type.

Stopped working after 1 week
The connection stopped after 1 week. Set up was easy and both the keyboard and mouse connected to my MacBook Pro with the USB C dongle (in the mouse). The keyboard was a little slow at times but manageable. After 1 week, the connection was lost and I thought it was a battery issue but the batteries were fine. I cannot regain the connection for either the keyboard or mouse no matter what I do. Waste of money

Got a parent who hates small keyboards?
My mom has a hard time using the keyboard on her laptop, primarily because Apple keyboards are rather cruddy and the keys fall off. This was a winner! Not only did it replace the keyboard, but the keys are so much easier for my mother to use her computer. Plus, you do not have to be computer savvy to install it. You literally have to just put in a plug.

Works well
This is just the same as the keyboard that came with my old IMac which is 12 years old! My computer works well but I can’t update it because it’s old! Keyboard is priced right as I probably can get a few more years out of MAC!

Never again wireless
Mouse clocks out in short periods of time and then it is discouragingly difficult to get it to work again! This causes many delays in computor production. Keyboard okay, but needed charging regularly. Overall, I disconnected both and ordered a wired keyboard and mouse.They arrived today and are excellent. I would never go back to wireless.

Not made of high quality material
It’s a just ok thing. The quality of the keyboard is just ok , not great! The color looks ok.
