I have owned majority of the Fitbit models. The last few that I've gotten have had the bigger faces and I've gotten a dock charger for all of them. I loved them! This one is easier to get in and out. Some others that I've gotten, the Fitbit just rests on it. I like that this one literally grasps it. The sides of the charger get pinched towards the bottom to cause the top to spread open or close. Similar to the way a clothes pin works. I have a few of them. One at home in the living room, one at my home desk and one at my desk at work. I only charge them when I'm sitting that way I'm not missing any activity tracking.

So I got my hubby his fitbit versa two years ago. We had hard time charging it lately. We were debating if we should get a another one. But it's kind of sad to spend another couple hundreds of dollars for a new one and it only last for a couple years. Then we thought maybe it's not the fitbit problem, might be the charger problem. So I went ahead and ordered this one. We were thinking if it does not work, We can always return it. It turns out it was the charger problem. And this new charger literally resurrected his fitbit. We are so happy. So if you run into similar problem like we did, give this new charger a try before you decide to toss your fitbit.

The product did not work. AT ALL. Every time I plugged it in, and put my fitbit on the dock to charge it, I would get an error message saying something to the effect of it wasn't compatible with my watch, and it wouldn't charge. AT ALL.I am positive that I purchased the right charging dock. It was a colossal waste of my time. I ended up going to Best Buy the next morning and purchasing a charging dock from them over the counter. My next stop was straight to UPS so that I could send THIS product back immediately! This product SUCKS. DON'T BUY IT!

This product was exactly as described. It fit my Fitbit Versa watch well, adapted to a standard USB connector easily, and charged my watch with no troubles. The charger was received in good condition with good packaging and arrived promptly. I would have been glad to give this a 5-star review, as the value for the price was great. In less than 1 month, however, the charger stopped working. I did not leave it plugged in all the time and have taken care to keep the contact points on both the charger and the watch clean, however it does not charge my watch anymore. I do not recommend purchasing this product unless only a quick fix is needed. This will not provide a long-term charging solution.

Bought this after accidentally stepping on my previous charger. This charges just as fast, if not faster than the charger that the Fitbit Versa initially comes with. It's small enough to conveniently pack for trips or in my purse/backpack for school days. The packaging was simple and easy to open. I'm considering buying another just for a back-up to keep in my backpack. I've used it in both a wall charger and in my laptop and works great with both.

I was initially excited to find an inexpensive replacement to my Versa charger that stopped charging. Well, after less than a month of use, this one no longer charges my Versa either. I did not leave it connected to my workstation. When I plug it in now, my PC does not recognize that anything was connected. I am so frustrated with Fitbit products that I know I will never buy another one. My Versa which is less than 1 year old as well, I had to get replaced, because it was dead.

Updated: I purchased this in January.It worked great. About a month ago I started getting warnings that the Fitbit was not charging properly. This week it just stopped working completely. If you're in a pinch this will work as a cheap temporary replacement. If you have the option just spend the extra money and buy the real Fitbit charger.------------Charged as fast as the original charger that came with the Fitbit.

This charger works great as a second charger and after a week I have seen no issues with it or operation. After reading many comments stating it didn’t work I was hesitant glad it’s working so far. Make sure this looks like your existing charger and is not for the versa two or other models
