Great.
I am a size 10, I ordered an XL, the top is snug, and the skirt is a little loose but fit comfortably, I wore this several times in October and received a lot of compliments. It looks like Elphaba from the broadway play. I painted my face green and I had one little girl ask me if I was a real witch. I will definitely wear this again in a few years, I like to keep my costumes and wear them again in a few years.

Great costume
Costume is great quality compared to most going for way more money. If your busty, size up. I hold my weight on top, so top fit well with wiggle room as I like. Skirt if big. Huge. I can pull it up to under my boobs and it still drags a little. Could probably cut it with no issue. I am 5’3” 180lbs too heavy and the xl top fit great. Great quality I would highly recommend.

Arms/top too small, everything else about the costume is good; high quality.
Overall this costume is high quality and great for the price. I like how it is more of an old-school traditional witch instead of all the revealing, unrealistic women's costumes out there today. However, the upper arms of the top/shirt are too tight for me and the top was overall too short and I imagine it would be too small for most women who wear above a size small in shirts. I had to cut the elastic in the arms, which resulted in a hole in each sleeve. I made the cut on the underside of each arm so it would not be as noticeable. I wore a body suit under the whole outfit because if I raised my arms, the top would come up and my stomach would show. This made for a very warm costume. The skirt is plenty long and has lots of room to expand in the waist and was not at all a problem. The hat does not stay on at all unless you make some modifications to it. For reference, I am 5'9" and about 160 pounds and typically wear a medium or size 6-8 in most women's clothing. I guess instead of calling this "one-size" I would call the top a size small and perhaps the skirt and cape could be classified as one-size fits most; although I can see the skirt being too long for some people who are not as tall.

It reminds me of the wicked witch of the west from wizard of oz
While it's not exactly as it appears ( doesn't actually button up in front) & it's not a high quality costume. It's a great costume for the roughly $25 I paid for it.As you can see I also bought a mask & Halloween hands ( which I repainted) & eyes are doll or prop eyes.Yes, I built a PVC armature & foam wig head to create my own Halloween prop. ( Similar to a classic witch sold on grandlin roads web site for $125.).I spent nearly that creating my prop, but because I used pvc pipe as a armature, I was able to create a sturdier prop that I can put out side & it'll be easier to secure to the ground. While it's not a exact replaca of the wicked witch from wizard of oz, it definitely makes you think of her.I like that it's not to scary, my haunt is for the little kids. The costume/clothing is likely better than the cloth in the prop sold elsewhere, but I didn't buy to the readymade prop, so I can't say for sure . ( It was missing the hat ribbon, but not a deal breaker for me).I bought the plus size & the shirts sleeves are likely to skinny for a plus size person, but it could be just the one I bought. Give your self plenty of time to return & replace it if yours doesn't fit.I did notice it has special washing instructions, but I won't need to as it's being used as a prop.Fyi, the mask is sold in Amazon site , should you want to make one.

It's ok but ill-fitting in some ways
Overall, this costume worked out well. I bought a different witch hat that made it look better. However, some fitting notes:1) I only buy plus size costumes because of my chest size. The top was very awkward fitting. It had a very short torso and a very large chest section that was just too much and made me look weird. I can't imagine it fitting someone who is big in the belly well (sorry, I don't know how else to say it). I kept pulling the skirt portion as high as I could because my stomach would show any time it would slip down even slightly.2) The skirt was really really long. This was good for assisting with the comment in #1, above. However, even still, it was really really long. I am 5'6" and I felt like I was going to trip in it. For reference, I wear size 12-14 in women's pants.3) The cape that comes with it is a little cheap looking. I thought the costume looked better without it so I didn't wear it.

Hat too little & top very uncomfortable
I was unable to wear the hat because it did not fit my head and was cheaply made. As soon as I put my head in the hat it ripped a hole. The top elastic pieces were entirely too tight around the arms and wrist. I would not recommend as I was not able to wear on Halloween.

excellent costume for the low price
I am 5'8 and 126 pounds. I was worried about the 'one size fits all' tag, but it fit perfect, the only thing a little off was the length of the shirt, if I wasnt careful it did show my middle. It was a huge hit throughout the neighborhood (my family of 5 went as the cast of Wizard of Oz) and its priced perfect for a one time costume.

Great quality, nice design!
Very hard to find a traditional, old fashioned, true to the original Wizard of Oz movie Wicked Witch of the West type costume. This one is great! As I think all costumes are, I'd say it fits a bit small. As a plus size, it's a small plus size - a L to XL maybe, not any bigger.

Three Stars
Top of costume did not fit well; sleeves somewhat tight whereas rest loose.

Large Fits really small
Had to take apart the top and sow in a t-shirt so it would actually fitSeems it was made for a person that’s the size of a 15 year old
