If you are bedridden, they work great. Pee stays in wrap, you get less bedsores. Otherwise, I don’t know.

We do want to mention that the QuickChange Wraps were designed for the non-ambulatory to minimally ambulatory. This is due to the specific application of the wrap and the possibility of displacement when worn by a more ambulatory male. Keeping that in mind, once the QuickChange Wrap is applied, it's about one inch thick. If worn with Jockey underwear and a loose fitting shirt, it could be less visible.

Q: What pant guards are best for Male anal incontinence?

Look up Tranquility products here on Amazon. These wraps are definitely only for urine. Hope that helps.
