Bought for my friend who has vision issues. Help him alot to see numbers. Great for anyone with vision issues.

My father-in-law is so hard of hearing but refuses to use hearing aids. He wasn’t able to hear his phone ring and if he called us, he was screaming at us! This phone is perfect. He can hear it ring and now uses a normal voice to talk with us. Thank you! Bonus is that the numbers are so big, it’s easy for him to dial. Highly recommend for elderly folks you love and want to chat with. The aid in the assisted living facility set it up in two shakes so must have been easy.

Just received this phone yesterday and so far, so good, will be taking to an elderly family member today. Top three buttons very easy to program and use (I immediately reprogrammed the 911 button to a family member's phone number.) Numerals on keys 1" tall, very bold and easy to read. The amplifier in the hand set is a nice and useful feature. The hand set we received is different than pictured on the website; there is no volume control on it, the volume is controlled by a slide button on the rear of the telephone itself along with other controls. The red light at the bottom of the phone illuminates and flickers when the phone rings, and seems to very briefly flicker on occasion even when phone is not ringing; I don't know if that is from the phone or the service provider, but it does not happen often. There is no speaker phone, you can speak and hear only on that handset. The phone is surprisingly light in weight. The phone jack cord seems a little shorter than usual, but measures five feet in length and perhaps that is standard.

The numbers are of good size.

Arrived but no instructions. Had difficult time getting incoming calls if instructions were included could have fixed problem

My FIL is hearing impaired and wears hearing aides, Even with the hearing aides he has trouble hearing on most phones. The handset has three volume settings. He can hear well on Medium and has no issues on High. The handset does not cause feedback issues with his hearing aides either. The two presets were perfect for him as he had issues dialing the number despite the large type keypad. Good product and seems to work well so far

This phone is uncomplicated; it's simply a telephone. The buttons are enormous with black lettering against a white background so the contrast is maximized; the "ring tone" is a really loud higher-pitched raucous obnoxious sound that no one can miss. This is exactly what Mom needs -- she is a few years short of 100 years old; she has limited vision and hears poorly without her hearing aids. This telephone is an ideal product for someone in her stage of life.

Great numbers for visually impaired. Won’t work for us as I thought it had a hands free speaker option. Seems like good quality.
