I bought this card for £10 & when it arrived I accidentally joined Vodaphone & paid another £10 which was added to the card. Well this meant I only had £10 for the £20 I paid. I can say if you get a problem don't waste time with the Robot chat. Simply phone the helpline. They will help you.
