I bought this item and smell like rotten eggs! Does it have an expiration date?

There should be an expiration date on the canister. Return it regardless if expired or not. If you don’t like it, don’t keep it. I disliked the product and returned it. Did nothing for my dry feet.

How long until I’ll notice a difference using it everyday?

I'd say a month. But I also think pumice helps a lot too. I soak my feet, then pumice, then cream, then socks until the cream soaks in some. I should do all that daily, but I probably don't do it any more often than weekly unless I notice them getting worse...

Why does it say for whole body

No idea. I use it on my cracked heels and feet. Works great, if consistently used. Small amount goes a long way. Don’t know why you use it on the body. Dry elbows maybe?
