I chose these to try and prevent my feet slipping in heels. They are super thick and comfortable, an a good price as well. If you’re looking to use these for heels etc. where you won’t be wearing socks, I wouldn’t recommend. From a sweaty footed gal - they lasted me one wear before the adhesive came away from the shoe. Bonus points for not ruining the sole though! If you’ll be wearing socks with these (boots etc.) they could maybe work :)

These are good for wearing in shoes with heels where you're on your feet and not used to heels. I've put them in shoes for weddings and other formal occasions.

Use these in my shoes for work and they are perfect. Incredibly soft. My only issue is the adhesive seems to not be overly strong so if I try to just put my foot straight in my shoe my foot may push down on the shield and it'll start to either slide down, or unpeel. It just means pulling on the heel of the shoe when I slide my feet in rather that just sliding my feet in.

They are what they are. No problems, do the job.
