Don't be too harsh on the plastic end of the zips
Super quick delivery, super quick response to a query and a genuine, personal reply. Great bag, it can hold so much stuff just remember which pocket you put it in. Otherwise you'll spend 5 minutes looking for your wallet while you hold up a line of people...not that that's ever happened to me. Ever :-)

Strong and great variety of pockets
Excellent backpack very strong ive packed it with heavy kit for camping and fishing and its comfy on my back. Excellent buy for overnighter or short trips. The number of pockets make it easier to know what you pack where.

Way smaller than in the picture
Get the 40+ ltr version because this is actually tiny. It's smaller than my normal college backpack. Although, it is sturdy.

Good size for general stuff..
Ruck sack size was a little smaller than expected but good for what i need e.g Tablet, packed lunch and boots, plenty of additional pockets.
