Took a few photos as it’s hard to determine if dimensions of products are actually correct in the description. Great zippers, great quality, not full of unecessary padding that creates unwanted bulk. The pockets on the inside left are great! However, I stuck a few Platinum Preppy’s in there since the top two pockets don’t open all the way to the bottom. The pens are pushed as far down in the pocket as they will go. Also placed a uniball and a pilot g2 in there for a size reference, as well as my generic field notebook. I put my iPhone 16 Pro Max case in the front pocket so you can see you can carry a large phone and this field notebook cover together as one unit. The pocket on the back is identical to the one on the front. This cover is sturdy, but thin and flexible enough to fit in my pocket and not feel like I can’t bend over or sit down because of the bulk!! Really happy with this purchase, and highly recommend!! 5 stars easily for me!

I like this journal cover. It's waxed canvas and I like the soft sides, lack of rigid structure. It lets me tailor my kit that I use it for based on what I need, not just what will fit. The two exterior side pockets are roomy and can hold multi-tools, knives, pens, etc. I can fit my iPhone 13 and a battery bank with room for 2 notebooks and some cards inside. The interior has room for at least 3, but easily 4 notebooks (3.5 x 5.5 inches). There are also card slots for business cards, etc. It's an easy to carry journal cover and I usually put it in my sling for travel or front pocket in the field.

Like this one. I would like the back pocket slightly deeper, but then the whole thing is larger so it's a fair trade-off. Holds two Field Notes books.

I wanted a small minimalistic wallet but I wanted something secondary to carry all my other crap (cards permits proof of insurance etc) this item fit the bill and i can also jot down ideas and lists if needed. As a bonus my wallet fits in the front pocket and my phone fits in the back pocket.

Fantastic item. Functions very well. Holds all my pens and pencils for journaling, sketching in my field notes notebook. Which it also holds. Great value for its price. Easy to carry wherever I go. Would recommend to others.

Love this field notebook. I work in a warehouse setting and as a manager needed something that could be easily accessible and durable on the fly to take notes on. It’s the perfect size small enough to fit in your back pocket but not too small that it’s not comfortable to hold while taking notes. The material is great and durable. It’s held up over the last few months very well and it will likely last me years to come. Great buy if I do say so myself!

I love this! It fits a little field note book pens on the outside and I can shove all my receipts into the pocket inside! I haven't found a use for the small pockets yet but I'm sure I will soon, I'm using this to help keep track of my finances, what I eat, My medications, and my health! It DOES fit in my back pocket and that's great when I don't want to take my purse with me but of course it is a bit tall so I do usually just carry it in my purse. It seems like it's well made as well!

This field book cover is my edc for taking notes at work, life journal and bible studies. It actually fits an A5 hardcover journal, a field book with 2 zebra g301, my mechanical carpenter pencil, and a 6” metal ruler. I also have business cards my ID, and a few other small items. The stitch quality is great no loose threads or out of place stitches. It’s a nice canvas material like a carhart jacket and really nice coloring. Now for my con. I honestly thought this was a waxed canvas cover. It’s still a nice journal cover and will get some use especially since I’m finding ways to incorporate it in my edc gear.
