It’s such a simple machine but I get such a good workout out of it! It is wash to move it and makes zero noise. It does not take up a lot of space and is very practical.

This is sufficient for us. I was not looking for all the bells and whistles of a regular stepper equipment. This is straight forward. Get on, start moving. You will feel the pressure in your legs, ease into working out. Work out before or after a meal, 5 mins, 10 mins here and there. While watching your favorite show, get thru one episode a day. Even my kids get on and use randomly through out the day. They first laughed at it and now they are avid users lol. It folds up to take up less space, but it is already small enough that we don’t need to unless we are having game night. For those that mentioned noise, well if the tv or music is blasting, you won’t notice. For being a simple piece of equipment, the quality is sturdy, four users, and holding up to my 200lb son too. It functions just as it’s supposed to.

The stair stepper is a great workout machine for home use. It’s compact, easy to set up, and gives you a solid cardio and leg workout without taking up much space. The steps feel smooth and stable, and it’s adjustable so you can increase the intensity as you go. It’s also quiet, which makes it nice to use while watching TV or listening to music. Perfect if you want to burn calories and strengthen your legs at home.

Useless machine. Do not buy. The description is very misleading. It says there are 6 levels of resistence but there is no way to change the resistence level. Workout effectivenes is none. The default resistence level might be effective for kids, not meant for adults. I feel scammed.

While this equipment was easy to assemble, and it does provide a decent workout (well, gets the heart rate up!), I likely wouldn't purchase it again. It doesn't collapse easily for storage, which is fine for someone that has a home gym, or a place to keep it, but for someone that needs to keep it out of the way of children, it's definitely a downfall. To fold it up for storage, you have to take out 2 screws and hope you don't loose them I guess. it is relatively lightweight and ok to move around, but again, not as much as I was expecting. There is no way to adjust the tension or resistance you are getting with this machine either. All in all, I think it will do what I got it for, but it's not all I was hoping for.

Exactly how I pictured it. Good quality. Easy to assemble. I wish it was easier to fold up and put away but all in all, very happy with the product!
