This cookbook is fantastic. I love all the Italian recipes this author has.

Every recipe is amazing! Most take simple, pantry ingredients, that require little prep or cook time and turn it into some of the best food I've had. Great for busy moms who need quick meals or someone who wants to host a dinner party (large or small). Really anyone who wants to cook thier own food, should own this cookbook!

I love this cookbook because directions are clear and concise. I do have to admit I am disappointed with the photographs of the prepared recipes-they do not do the dish presentation justice. The recipes themselves are beyond wonderful

Shockingly poor quality. Photos are awful, looks like someone took a picture with their phone in terrible lighting. Recipes have absolutely zero description or write up. This looked like a 5th grade school project. I don't even care to keep it in my collection.

I’ve purchased both of Rita’s books. She gives true authentic recipes! And the various tiramisu has my family thrilled!
