These straps have really helped me with exercises where my grip typically gives out before my muscles do, such as for barbell rows or shrugs. They couldn’t be easier to use, just wrap around your wrists, position the rubber strap so it’s facing towards your palms and loop it over the bar. The straps themselves are comfortable to wear even under a big load and look well-made with good stitching throughout, holding up to 100KG+ with ease. For the price they are good value and overall I’m happy to recommend them, especially with how versatile they are.

I've used the weight-lifting wrist straps that have the ribbony-fabric straps, so I was intrigued to try these ones which have the solid fixed grips. They're easy to put on, good length of velcro to fit any wrist size and can be fastened as tight as you'd like. They're comfortable on, no rubbing or biting into the skin. The grips are kind of like a flipper that runs out under the palm and is always in position, so you don't need to really move or position anything. They give a firm and non-slip grip, which helps keep the bar held securely, though I'd obviously not use them for anything above the head (just in case). The material is of good quality, seems durable, and should last a long time. For the price, they seem comparable with similar items and offer good value.
