The multi point door lock was easy to order, came well packaged and 2 days early, so I'm very pleased with the service from the company. This lock was too replaced one I already had that had worn out, with that being said the old lock had given plenty of years service so as this one is the same I wouldn't expect anything less. A very good price considering this make of lock is hard to find - which has 2 hooks and rollers within the same measurements. It comes longer than you want, I guess that's for the different heights of doors, but it's easily cut to size. If this is the type of lock you have and it's broken, then you can't go wrong buying this one.

Our other lock broke so we couldn’t lock the door. My father in law fitted this item and the locking and unlocking of the new lock is smooth as butter. The item is door length. Excellent value, swift delivery but most importantly the ‘lock’ does what it should.

Great like for like product - Just needed to cut the top and bottom to fit my door. Looks stronger and more robust than the original that failed.

Good product easy to fit, quality OEM replacement.

Never fitted one before but it was actually quite easy, just had to cut it to the length for the height of the door. Delivered secured to a length of wood to keep it straight. would buy from this company if any more doors need sorting. After several months everything is still working fine.
