Overall good
Definitely reduces the amount of water that gets into the ears but not 100%. When combined with a cap it does feel very tight around the head which does get uncomfortable after a while. Overall good

Still experimenting
As described. Quite tight, but best to be that way as it will surely loosen over time just like a swim hat does. I am not sure it really does a great job of holding my ear plugs in place as it still tends to ride up gradually during my swim. I have not given up yet and am still experimenting.
