Love this little thing!
I gave 5 stars overall and for the three features (suction power, noise level, battery life). Honestly though, I have nothing to compare this robot vacuum to, which is the basis of this review - this is a great entry-level robot vac for someone who has never had one and is not sure if it's for them.I moved into a new house about 6 months ago and there's not a stitch of carpet. I already have a compulsion about dirty floors, and working from home has really compounded this. I found myself sweeping several times a day and it just really was taking away from other things I should have been doing. I wanted a robot vacuum but I wasn't sure if I would really like it and honestly they just seemed like a really expensive item to buy only to try out (or to break). This was on sale for $99, plus there was a $10 off coupon, and I had some Amazon rewards points - here we go!First off, the box was nicely packaged and very light. I was immediately thinking it wouldn't be able to handle all the kitty litter but I was wrong. The dust bin is surprisingly large for the overall size of the vacuum. The user manual and app are not the best - I eventually figured out how to set the automatic cleaning thing, but I'm not 100% convinced it's set up properly (it is cleaning on schedule though). If there were "stars" for the app - 3.There are no bells and whistles like on other robot vacs - you can push the only button on the vacuum to start cleaning or go through the app. You can also set a cleaning schedule on the app. When you start a cleaning cycle, it's going to just wander around your house until battery is dead, then find it's way back. The first couple days I struggled to watched this thing go over the same places over, and over, and over, (or spin in a corner), and the looooooong journey back to the charging station was downright painful. But I just let it do it's thing. It doesn't map your house or anything like that, just bumps into your furniture, turns around, goes again.Suction is good but it doesn't pick up the big pieces of dog food. I really see this more as a "base clean" item - it keeps things at a good daily clean level but doesn't replace a manual sweep or dust - it's going to leave heavy items, it's not going to get every corner.Personally, I'm letting it run every day. I let it run my kitchen/dining/living area in the morning and it just does the whole thing until it runs out of battery. After it charges, I do my master bedroom/bathroom separately, because that's the cat's domain and there's a lot of litter and sass going on in there. And yes, the cat is still terrified of this vacuum despite the smaller size and quieter sounds.Noise - well, yeah there's sound. It doesn't really bother me but I don't think I'd run it while I was trying to watch a movie or anything. Like I said, I don't have anything to compare it to. It's definitely not as loud as a regular upright vacuum.Overall, I love this little thing. No comment on longevity because I've had it less than a week. At this price point, I don't expect it to last forever. That, combined with how dirty my floors can truly get in one day (a kid, a cat, a dog, 2 adults, no carpet, in and out a lot), and I'll be happy if we can make it a year or so with this unit. I'm not sure I would even upgrade to a fancier unit, I really like how uncomplicated this is.

Great quality and great price
This has been a life saver in my office space that I share with my cats. It picks up all of their mess, is quiet, and I love that I can easily program it to work from my phone!

Like a Dustbuster on Wheels
I've had this little robot for about a week, and I am constantly horrified by the amount of dog hair and dust it picks up each time I run it! It really gets everything a broom or mop misses, and does a great job along the edges of each room. This thing is like a Dustbuster on wheels, since it's all suction. No roller, so it's perfect for my no carpet house, where I've run it on both ceramic tile and vinyl. It navigates over changes in height pretty well, but sometimes, I do have to walk over and place it on an area it can't quite jump up to.The box that holds everything it sucks up has to be emptied often. If it's not emptied, the robot will leave lovely stripes of dirt and dust across the floor in protest. Beware, those of you who have dogs, because the dog hair fills the container up fast. The app is a bit fiddly, and lacking in features. I had trouble connecting it to the 2.4 Ghz wifi it requires, since it would only recognize the 5 Ghz. The solution was found online: just take the vacuum and the smartphone far away from any router, until your wifi connection is minimal, and make the initial connection there, where only the 2.4 Ghz is available. From there on, no problems. This system doesn't know how to vacuum individual rooms. My solution to that is to take it to whatever room I'm focusing on that day, put it down, push the button, and close the door. If I want it to run in the hallway, I just block it off with some chairs or boxes. Low tech solution, but it works. For an inexpensive robot, it really does the job. I'm very happy with my purchase, and my house is clearly much cleaner than it was before.

It depends on your household
The best way to describe it is, "It's like asking your 8-year-old to vacuum. It's going to vacuum but it wont be great."Pros:does pick up a lot of dust, dander, and hair.does leave the nice vacuum line marks on the carpet.does start cleaning via app scheduleworks better on hardwood floorsIt does help to where I usually need to vacuum every day I would only have to vacuum every other dayCons:The app is hard to use. go through other reviews to see the way I was able to get it to sync upmy home is too boxy for it to ever find its home to charge itself, I think this is best with an open floor planif I had more hardwood floors I think it'd be better but it doesn't pick up enough off the carpet for me to want to keep itit needs 2 sweepers as only one sweeper does tend to go right past stuff (slightly infuriating when watching it)not super loud but if you're used to a quieter home, it can be loud to use during the dayits fine using at night but it bangs into so many walls (i.e. above comment on open floor plan is better) that I would rather use it when I leave the housethere's no way to tell where it's at in the home or for it to send notification (at least it didn't for me) to know if it was stuck so i'd come home and find it not finished because it was stuck.Overall, good starter to see how you would like and how it'd fit into your household. I think for a retired household or a household that works a lot it'd be great but it just didn't work for mine. (Full time at home student, belgian malinois dog, baby)
