This is my go-to cold and flu medicine now. I love that Genexa keeps the ingredients clean and free from artificial dyes and fillers. When I'm sick, I want relief without loading up on unnecessary chemicals, and this gives me that peace of mind. The daytime formula helps ease symptoms without making me feel groggy, and the nighttime version helps me sleep when I’m congested or coughing. The blueberry flavor is mild and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. It’s great to have a product that works and aligns with the kind of ingredients I try to keep in my home. I cannot speak more highly of this product, it’s amazing and I wish I found it sooner! Definitely going to hype this up to anyone who still uses nasty daquil. First of all, this stuff smells amazing! My husband doesn’t do well with pills so he usually takes the really gross tasting cold syrup. He told me that this stuff actually tastes good! No dye used so that’s a huge plus! And none of the unnecessary toxic additives and such! After taking the daytime syrup he was able to work just fine at his job while being very much under the weather. Suppressed his cough completely, he didn’t even need to use cough drops! Definitely should take this with a decent amount of food and water though! Genexa Cold & flu syrup will now be a staple in our medicine cabinet for sick days, thank you Genexa for making clean & effective medicine:)

Great product. Smells like blueberries. For medicine, the taste is good, better than Theraflu with honey in my opinion. Helped elevate symptoms quickly, long lasting - it really lasted the full 4 hours. Daytime formula didn't make me drowsy.

Love that there’s a cleaner option for medicine without the dyes and fake flavorings. Effective pain relief option with better ingredients. It’s decently sticky but so is all liquid cold medicine

This was the perfect over the counter medicine, and I didn't have to worry about it effecting my BP. The taste was a bit strong and the texture a bit think. But, it was effective!!

Product works well I didn't like that the expiration date is 04/26. A 3 month shelf life isn't appreciated for the cost

Great alternative to NyQuil with cleaner ingredients. Easy to swallow with a subtle flovor.

I love this cold/ flu medicine when I’m sick. Nothing artificial in it and it tastes great. My teenage son actually takes it too
