Great ice machine
I love the nug ice so I purchased this was a little leary because the price was so good but this is one of the best ice machines that I have ever brought would absolutely buy again in the future I have had this for about a year now have had no problems with it it is super quiet and easy to work.

Stopped working after 6 months
Stopped working after 6 months making an extremely loud sound. It seemed to work ok when we first received it although when making ice it is quite noisy. Then after 6 months (purchased in Dec 2024) it started making a very loud sound where we needed to turn it off. After cleaning it and flushing the unit it took over 1 hour to start making ice again but then the loud noise started again and we can no longer use this machine. For $170 its not worth it nor will I buy another tabletop ice maker, after reading through reviews they all seem to fail under 1 year.

The “Good Ice”
I bought this for my mother, who is anemic and loves the pellet ice, or the good ice as she calls it. I use it when I visit her. It does take a little bit of time to make the ice, but my mom just makes a bunch at once and then puts it in the freezer for later. This is a quality feeling unit. It’s not cheap, but I do recommend it. It is aesthetically pleasing and looks nice. The ice is soft and the perfect texture. It has the ability to hold a lot of ice in the large ice bin. It feels like a well made and durable device. It was quick and easy to put together and it is easy to use with a simple interface.

Best customer service ever!!
Love this icemaker. Even though I’ve had an issue and had to have a replacement Customer Service was quick to help! They rock!! More companies need to be like them. They stand behind their product and were quick to ship a new one out. Will be a repeat customer of this company.!!! Do not hesitate!

Stopped Working
It worked good until it started getting very loud, and then it stopped working completely. Unfortunately, it only lasted 4 months.
