This has got to be the single worst product I ever purchased. It does not do what the description says. It will not stay connected, No Simultaneous Translation, even though the seller said it did. The fit is uncomfortable and will not stay on the ear. The instructions are vague and misleading. When you do get it to connect and stay connected, the translations take a very long time. It will disconnect itself and the Bluetooth device cannot find it. I did everything that I possibly could to make this product work, but no success. I will not be recommending them , and I urge other to not waste your money. I am so disappointed, that it is leaning towards anger. I hope I can get my money back. Do not buy this product, stay away!

Due to the holiday there was a delivery delay. Now that I have it the product works good. However I thought the translating would be in my ear. Instead it is pylons on the phone. Perhaps I haven’t learned how to work that function.

I used the QR code to download the app. I first connected the headphones to my phone in the bluetooth settings of my phone. I then tried to connect them within the app, and it does not recognize them or find them. I tried disconnecting them from my phone and using the app to reconnect, but it still won't find them. The only reason I wanted the headphones was for translation, I don't want to listen to music with them, but that's the only they can do!

I did not like the product that I have to use a subscription for the product to to be able to be able to work.

They work fine but it seemed like it took awhile for them to charge ….. I had to go on YouTube to do some troubleshooting sound is fine it’s good quality and it sits comfortably on my ears I would recommend but be sure to have patience
