Glad I took the chance and got it
Paired to my vehicle in less than 15 seconds! Works for a 2007 gmc Acadia. Will probably buy one for my parents vehicle as well!

Exact match to original key fob, other than holding the battery - see review.
I bought this to replace my OEM key fob for a 2015 GMC Acadia. This case was the exact shape as the original, but the battery was held to its electronics, not inserted in the back half of the case like the original. As someone else here did, I transferred the original electronics to the new case, used double-sided tape to hold the battery in place in the back half of the new case, then "formed" a holder in the back half of the case, same idea as the original, using hot glue. Should be able to pop out the battery and insert a new one when the battery needs to be replaced.

The product description made it seem like it would be easy to set up, but for my vehicle it said you have to have a dealership sync it.

Durable build, comes with clear instructions and a programming dongle making it easy to set up
This is an exact copy of the original key fob for my Tahoe! The build is solid and durable. Programming the fob took two attempts by I think that may have been a mistake made on my part. Still, it was easy with the provided dongle, and the directions were easy to understand. The only negative thing I can say is that the range is shorter than the original fob and sometimes I have to hit the keys a little firmer than the old one to activate. The price is WAY better than what a dealer would charge you, so that more than makes up for it! One thing to know is that some Chevys will only let you have one fob at a time programmed, so you will need to check your model if you are wanting this for a secondary fob.

Excellent Fob
Took it to local locksmith and in less than 10 minutes he had it programmed and all the functions worked on it. Saved quite a bit from what a local dealer wanted to program it.
