Great micro hifi, ideal for kitchen and bedroom - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Got this a few days ago and I've got to say it's got brilliant sound for it's size. This is one of the very few hifis that has so many features such as fm radio, bluetooth, aux, plays mp3s via usb and cds for such a small price. It's read a 16gb usb stick without any issues. The only small inkling is that it plays tracks as one big list, rather than within folders/albums.I sometimes can't be bothered to download new songs onto the usb stick, so it's easier to play/stream them via the internet/youtube. Again the duronic is excellent for this as all you need to do is connect it via bluetooth and your android smart phone, play the song and it'll play straight out of the duronic speakers. If your after a boomy bass system, then I'd say this might not be the one, but if your looking for a hi-fi for a kitchen or bedroom, where you don't want to blast it, then this would be perfect in my opinion.I hu

Fine for a budget priced micro hi-fi
It's ok for the price purchased. Sound quality is nothing to write home about, but adequate for a small micro hi-fi like this. If you can afford something better, then you may want to look elsewhere, but for the price, you can't really go wrong with this.

Fantastic stereo for the price, with CD, FM and Bluetooth - no remote or RDS
For the price, this little stereo is amazing. It has features I don't use (memory card, USB), but those that I do all work fine - radio, CD, Bluetooth. Volume is fine in our kitchen, it fits on a tiny shelf, the sound quality is pretty good, and the price was great.I'd buy this again, but for completeness I'll mention some omissions:The FM radio doesn't have RDS so you don't see the station name. Quality is fine thoughI do now miss having a remote. The unit is up on a high shelf in the kitchen and a remote would be really useful to adjust volume, change tracks, etc.It has very few buttons on it, which means most buttons have to "double up" (or "triple up") to server multiple functions. This is OK, but dedicated buttons for things like FM channel selection (or channel up and down) would be great because I'm still having to read all the text under each button to remember which one is which.I have had one or two problems with the Bluetooth, but most of the time it's fine. This may just be an issue with Bluetooth in general. It pairs with my Nokia Lumia 820 (Windows Phone 8), but does often take two (and on occasion three) attempts to connect the first time. And on one occasion I kept getting dropouts and crackles. But all of the rest of the many occasions I've used it it's worked fine and played for hours.I would have happily paid extra for a remote control and RDS, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that, and the you can end up paying three times as much to get a similar model from a different manufacturer. How about an upgraded model, Duronic? I'd buy one now!

Great little all rounder.
A nice dinky little stereo with the ability to listen in a variety of different options. Great that it takes usb and sd card as well as cd. Radio sounds good and not dab but it picked up our local station that can be difficult to get due to area. Bluetooth great so I can listen to talking books that is on my phone and having the earphone socket is a bonus. I have adapted my original speakers (videos are on you tube how to do this) to fit this stereo as the speakers that come with it are a bit tinny but what can you expect. You just need to get a couple of 3.5m jack plugs and wire up speakers. There is a manual and is quite good except for how to work the clock and alarm. I have set the clock by trial and error and did manage to set the alarm. I think you have to hold the speaker button for quite a while, like maybe a minute and then it seems to work. Not really bothered though about the alarm, l just like to know how everything works. Having looked at other mini hifi s (a lot more expensive) this was the only only that had all my needs incorporated, so for the money I am very satisfied.

A Great Little Blaster
Nice Little Mi Hi Fi System comes in a Striking Black Colour with very little setting up required. Really a case of just plugging your Two speakers into The unit and your set. Allows you To programme your favourite CD Tracks in The order of your preference. perhaps its only downside Though its not really an issue really is That it does not come for Remote working. your really doing everything by hand with it. That said its simple To use Quite a loud sound Quality from it and The built in radio is fine. overall I would recommend This product if you are not To fussy about remote control devices.

Poor
First one you could hear the cd spinning constantly then started to jump so I contacted seller and I got a replacementSecond one stopped working after about 20 mins and never worked again so had to get a refundThe second one was all scratched on the front too which makes me wonder if they are secondsA really chew on to pack upAnd send back (twice) so just went to a localShop and bought one for less money and better quality!

Great sound from a small unit
It may be small in size but this unit punches above its weight when it comes to quality. Sound is very good at all levels and it has plenty of volume for a reasonably large room. Bass is adequately good but not outstanding but treble tone is crisp and clear. Pretty easy to use and looks smart in situ. Have had mine for over a year now and have not encountered any problems. Very good value for a surprisingly good mini hifi.

its ok.
its a good little system. However, if like me, you are thinking of buying this to use your phone/tablet, as an alarm to play through the unit, forget it the alarm does not use either bluetooth or aux as an option. also you can not use the usb slot to charge your phone/tablet, as the unit needs to be on AND connected to usb for power to pass through. But then for £40 you cant expect much more.
