I started taking 1 scoop in my first cup of coffee for the day (you do have to mix in a little milk and sweetener....it's mushroomy). I was really consistent and patient. After a month is when I really started to notice a difference. I have ADHD and while this isn't a replacement for medication, it is a great supplement. I have more good days than bad, now, and I feel a lot less scattered and even more regulated overall. Now I notice if I forget to drink it!This brand has been great and affordable.

tried different brands and this mane is best value and best tasting so far it tastes good put in coffee or tea..its a great addition .comes with a measuring spoon also.. its a nice product overall.

Bought this along with Chaga powder to make my own mushroom coffee. I've mixed this into coffee and Dandy Blend alike. Both have turned out delicious! Just be prepared for things to happen ... in good ways. I feel more alert, have been able to concentrate better, and I've noticed my joints feel less inflamed. Great stuff!

This Lion mane powder does a nice job at blending superbly well with my drinks compared to other powders in this category. Though the flavor to this powder is potent, I hardly could taste it in my teas and strawberry kiwi Snapple drinks until at the end which was really interesting because usually when I consume powder supplement drinks, you can taste the powder all throughout. This one had only a tad slight aftertaste of the Lion mane and you only notice it when it is going down the throat. As for any effects, the only thing I noticed so far is that this powder really cleans the digestive system out when consumed with my regular weekly meals.
