Better than other upright walkers you see
We're really happy with this rollator. I ordered it for my elderly father, who has been using rollators and walkers for the past 10 years. Over the years we've tried all different types of rollators. One of the ones we did not have luck with was an upright walker design. This ELENKER unit is made to be used as an upright walker, but it's really just a regular rollator with modified handles that add in an arm support. The issue we had with the previous upright unit was it was top heavy and a danger to topple forward when going over rough patches. This ELENKER unit has none of those problems - its center of gravity stays steady, and you really feel the comfort and security of being supported with no feeling of tipping over. I'm really happy with this design.Similar to other ELENKER products, the frame and all parts are EXTREMELY strong and well made. Assembly took about 10 minutes - which is about 5 minutes longer than a standard rollator since this one included extra supports for the arms and removable hand grips. I didn't need to look at installation instructions since ELENKER is very good about labeling the arms and sockets with "L" and "R" and numbering which part goes into which. My father has rotator cup issues and a lot of pain when lifting. He hunches over a regular rollator since it hurts him to keep them at the proper height. This rollator has molded arm cups that cradle your upper arm in a really comfortable position, and gives the feeling of someone supporting you as you walk, taking a lot of stress off of your arms and muscles. It's really going to improve the quality of life of anyone that has arm and shoulder pain or tenderness.I wouldn't expect to travel very easily with this one though. Yes, it folds a bit to make it collapse for travel, but the added arm rests and vertical brake controls add a lot of height that might not fit into a standard tailgate without removing some parts. This is not hard, but something to consider. All in all, ELENKER strikes again with a great rollator. We've had so much luck with this brand - you can rely on them for a strong and well designed product for your loved ones.

Pluses and minuses but overall a good rollator
I got this for 95 year old grandmother who has been using a rollator for a long time. This works quite well depending on your needs. As for walking, it is excellent. The arm rests are very helpful and it rides smooth, even over rough surfaces. It is stable and supportive. The sitting part is slightly lacking. The number one thing it is missing is a foot rest. If you do a lot of sitting like my grandmother does, a foot rest is an imperative as she is not very tall. For this reason, I do not know how well this is going to work for her. The seat is large and comfortable and it has some nice features like a cup holder, under-seat storage, and a place to hold a cane if you use one.If you need a foot rest, then this will probably not be a good rollator for you. If you need a rollator because you do a lot of walking and need to rest from time to time, this will likely be great, especially with those arm rests.

Very Nice Walker, Brakes are helpful
We have been having some mobility issues this year and it prompted me to look into walkers. If it turns out therapy or surgery is in our future, we’ll have something on hand we know works. This is not a lightweight walker, but either of us are strong enough to easily lift it. This one has a seat, which was a good fit for him, but snug for my more womanly width. The seat is hinged and covers a neat rectangular pouch big enough for books, a tablet or other items. There is also a fabric bag which hangs onto the seat back support. The main difference in this walker is the forearm support in front to offset your weight and brake handles in front of those arm supports. We found that it adjusted well enough for both my 5’3” and his 6’ height. The larger plastic wheels work well enough on rough ground and dirt roads. It was easy enough to assemble. The parts were well marked, all we had to do is add the pre-assembled pieces on each side to the frame. It didn’t take long, especially with two of us working together. All in all, we are both happy with this walker and are glad to have it on hand just in case.

Smooth rolling walker
The ELENKER Upright Rollator Walker arrived in great shape because it was packed and padded well. It was easy to put together, with helpful instructions and pictures and no tiny parts to wrangle. Adjustments for height and brakes were also easy. This item is mostly comfortable to use. Its big wheels help it roll smoothly, and it's very maneuverable. It's not the most comfortable seat, although there is padding and something of a backrest. The seat is probably best used for taking a break, not sitting long term. The walker is stable with the brakes locked, although to be on the safe side, you might want to have the back against something solid.Things to be aware of: This item is supposed to support up to 300 pounds. When seated, it was a tight fit for a family member who was under 250. The item weighs 26 pounds and is bulky. It's not something everyone is going to be able to lift and throw in the car.I love the smooth way this rolls and that it can be used on grass. I also appreciate the under-seat storage and conveniences like the bottle holder. The walker is sturdy and reasonably priced, so it's a great helper and a great value.

Very Nice Walkers That Extends Accessibility
This Elenker walker arrived very well-packed in a sturdy box. All of the components were safe. The walker was fairly easy to assemble.I obtained this walker for one of my parents who recently suffered multiple strokes. I've been attempted to find devices that will improve their quality of life and provide them with a means to more independence. I'm so thankful that devices like this are being made. This appears to be a well-constructed and solid walker. This is a nice option. All in all, I'm happy with this walker. Should our experience with it change in the future, the review will be updated.
