Comfortable
This is my first toolbelt-specific-set-of-suspenders. I riveted 4 - 1 inch "D" rings on 1 inch wide leather loops appropriately sized so that my toolbelt belt could run through them. Then I slid on the bags and D-loops on in appropriate order, followed by clipping the suspenders to the adjustable (laterally) D-rings. It is very comfortable. I don't have to cinch my belt and my toolbelt up extremely tight, anymore. Should have done this years ago. The belt keeps my shoulders and back a little bit warmer than usual, however, I have found that, historically, keeping my back warmer than ambient temperature helps to prevent back pain. The central hanging loop at the intersection of the webbing in the back, provides a great place to hang my entire toolbelt/suspender system (on a conveniently placed nail) so that it is at a height ready for me to "take upon me, once again, the trappings of the carpentry industry." Buy these. There may be better systems, but at this price these are a bargain.

Your body will thank you for this...
The best suspension rig out there right now hands down a little background I wear a tool belt all day as an installer I've got my belt down right now to the essentials and it still weighs nearly 25 pounds I don't enjoy cinching the belt down around my waist with this suspension rig my tool belt just floats between my shoulders and waist gel cushions on the straps are perfect the suspension links on the rig really reduce the pressure construction is very solid no problems with the clips or buckles been using this rig for 4 months now and my body is much better for it. Probably not the best rig for shorter bodies I'm 6'2 and its just about perfect for me however shorter torsos though it doesn't adjust enough you'll end up with your belt around your thighs. But other than that this is my suspension rig of choice...

solid, strong, durable
I used these for over a year every day. They hold up, all the materials are excellent and it washes nicely. I still use it occasionally but have stopped the heavy construction that was the reason I wore them every day. The bands could be longer for a large person such as myself 6' plus and large shoulders and chest but they do fit, if barely. Only thing that didn't hold up was the cell phone pocket. It got pretty ratty looking after 6 months or so and I cut it off.

huge
I'm 5'10",which I thought was average. As small as the suspenders go, they were about 5" to low. After a few days of trying, I finally got them to fit. I cut the straps and routed it differently through the buckle thing. Now that they fit, they are fairly nice(comfortable). Don't expect your smartphone to fit the tiny pouch. Luckily my boss gave me a tiny flip phone for work, fits great and its out of harms way.Oh, my safety glasses hang nicely off the carabiner, too.

Absolute Value!!
Excellent! I purchased these to use as backpack-style straps for a disc golf bag. Got them today and immediately attached them to my bag which weighs around 30lbs when loaded up. So far so wonderful! These are very well made as well as comfortable due to the large gel pads for the shoulders. I did have some slight and I do mean very slight issues with them not staying in place as many have mentioned in their reviews. However, I would say the straps moved about 1/4 inch in about 4 hours of disc golf today so I doubt that will be any issue. Considering the cheap ass Innova ones run about $25 and anything sold like this in a disc golf store will run about $45, these are well worth the investment. Great item!

Can't see how they would last very long
These are going back. I didn't even take them off the card on which they come packaged. The material covering the gel pads is thin so it doesn't look like it would last very long and also feels course. The cell phone holder wasn't even close to big enough for my phone (LG Voyager). And I'm not sure to what use I could put all the loops sewn into the straps.Upon seeing these, I bit the bullet and ordered the Occidental Leather 5055 Stronghold Suspension System Suspenders. Yes, they cost multiple times what these do; but they are built like a brick outhouse... look like they will last darn near forever with thick leather straps and heavy gauge metal buckles.

Way to big
I will give them two stars, since while I tried to adjust and see if I was doing anything wrong, they were comfortable. The cell phone pouch is a nice feature, though many workers don't use a flip phone, but was planning on using for uni bits, impact reamer etc. I am 5' 9" and these were way to big. Tool rig hung down near my crotch, nothing I did, or adjusted would get them up towards past my belt line. I do think if I was 6' 4" or taller they would of worked awesome.
