This product was exactly what we were looking for and it definitely delivered the results. The tablets were very easy to use and the instructions were very clear and thorough for the whole process. I really enjoyed the small touch with the hand written card inside the packaging, I definitely would purchase these cleaning tablets again. While it might not be flashy, cleaning out your ice machine is something you'll realize you NEED to do if you want your ice tasting clean and your machine to work properly. With summer in full swing we were noticing smudges inside our ice maker (we have ridiculously hard water, unfortunately), and it would take an annoyingly long time to clean and scrub out the machine. I use this brand for their washing machine cleaner so I figured this might help with our ice maker and IT ABSOLUTELY DOES. The first time we used the tablet in our machine the water was practically grey and had a lot of debris in it (and we do try to clean the machine regularly!) but in our case it made the machine have ZERO smell at all when we were done, and it took like 80% less scrubbing time as everything came off with just light brushing. The machine ran beautifully afterwards and the ice was tasty and had clearly defined cubes. The insides looked pristine and it also made the ice faster after we started using it. I love this brand, because it's NOT expensive for what you're getting.

Worked great at cleaning my countertop ice maker. I had waited way too long to clean my ice maker, (3 months), but this cleaned it beautifully. Now that I know how easy it is, I will be doing it much more often. Price is great for a years (or more in my case) supply . The dirty water smelled awful, but now it smells fresh and clean. Packaging is nice also.

Does quite a good job with a SELF cleaning ice maker, probably would be a bit more tricky with an older one. It also works to clean a water cooler as well, if needed. A good product, and it's cheaper than the liquid form, so why not just get the tablets! Would recommend!

I use this to de-scale my ice machine. It worked great and I was able to get it all the way through the system so that there wasn't any product buildup. It did a great job at removing any buildup that had been acquired over the time. Seems very safe and the smell wasn't bothersome. The bottle is nice and big so I have been able to use it for several different cleaning cycles.

Works perfectly for my ice machine so long as I use it every one to two weeks. Once the pink slime has set up it works okay but you have to go behind it and scrub. I hold still recommend for the price and quality of the product. Does not leave a smell and the ice comes out crystal clear after using it.
