Price includes 3 48 inch fiberglass poles, with carpet tape already applied, frame ends and all hardware, side tension tapes and 3 starting muslin strips, and instructional DVD and 2 lengths of PVC to balance your frame. The standard multi-frame comes complete with 48-inch fiberglass rods and is ready for quilts up to 45 inches wide, an ideal size for wall hanging and learning. You can easily modify this frame to accept any quilt width by making new rods: simply purchase 3 pieces of metal conduit (EMT) of the desired length at your local lumber yard and move the round nylon rod ends from the original rods 48 inches to the new rods with a Phillips screwdriver. Multi-frame system includes 2 pieces of 24-inch long PVC tubing, 3 48-inch fiberglass rods, muslin starter strips and grosgrain side tension ribbons, frame ends and hardware, an instruction manual and 27 minute DVD.

WORKS GREAT!
This is an awesome tool for quilting on a regular machine like mine. I am so enjoying using it - easy to assemble and use. Works GREAT! Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in quilting on a regular sewing machine.

It is rather involved to get set up each time ...
It is rather involved to get set up each time you have to move your quilt and the quilting area is rather small. However, it does work fairly well, you just need to be patient.

Flynn quilting frame
I bought this frame because I was working on a king sized quilt. I was finding it too unwieldy to maneuver and get the layers together evenly. When I added the much longer poles necessary to accommodate its size it is too heavy and cumbersome for machine quilting. The frame did make it possible for me to get the layers together evenly, in spite of the cats and is working fine for hand quilting. I think that it will work fine for machine quilting a smaller quilt.

can find rods
I have been to every hardware store in 60 miles and can not find rods to fit the hardware, I was soooo excited to get this and use it to quilt all the quilt tops Ive made and much to my dismay I cant find rods to fit!

I wish I could return it. It doesn't work at all. Even a baby quilt a lap quilt can be too big for this

AWESOME
I am so excited to be able to quilt at home. It takes a while to do a quilt because you only have about a 4 inch range to work with at a time but it is very cool. It will take lots of practice to be smooth and coordinated in making the designs but it's fun to practice. definitely get the instructional DVD

Affordable Long Arm
I bought this product for a gift but did try it out. It takes a little getting used to but its a great alternative if you want a long arm quilting machine but can't afford it or don't have the room. Comes with instructions & John Flynn's web site is very helpful. The friend that I bought it for loves it.
