This pillow has definitely exceeded my expectations. I was quite dubious at first, since I have never had spring pillows before. I would imagine all the springs will be pointing and hard pressing my neck. To my surprised, it's very comfortable indeed.Firstly, it's not under prime, and yet the delivery was quick and it was well-protected, 2 layers of plastic securely wrapping it with another layer of bubble wrap. It came vacuum packed but in just a matter of seconds, it quickly took shape into a normal sized pillow. And there is no chemical smell coming from the pillow.The pillow consists of an inner spring coils protected and covered by a thick and comfortable washable cover. This combination creates a well balance slightly firm yet comfortable feel. The spring coils are designed to provide a good support for the head, neck and back. I guess, it really does work, I have been using this pillow for 2 weeks now, waking up every morning feelng fresh and well-rested. Very happy with this pillow, will be ordering more soon. Thank you.

Following reading the positive reviews I ordered this pillow. I suffer from fibromyalgia and have ongoing neck pain. Quick delivery and packaged well. Unfortunately it was too low and soft and sunk as soon as I put head to pillow. I found this pillow too flat despite the springs. After a sleepless 1st night and more neck pain, persevered for another night before deciding this wasnt suitable for me and arranged a return. My search for a good pillow continues.

Bought this to replace my old orthopaedic pillow which had obviously had it's day when waking up with stiff & painful neck & shoulders. Fantastic buy, after a few nights of getting use to it, I am now pain free.

This pillow can be used as a grey one or white one and is very easy to wash. I usually can’t sleep due to neck problems, but this pillow has helped dramatically. I thought I would feel all of the springs digging in, but not at all.

I suffer from back and neck tension and lower back if a pillow is to firm or to soft. This pillow has an internal smaller pillow that you can remove which is a mini spring coiled pillow. It guarantees a consistent not to hard or soft bounce to the pillow. Very comfortable and has eased my back and shoulder aches.

Initially I was put off after feeling how easily the springs squashed together as I thought that they would serve as no benefit.However, I am happy to say I was wrong.The pillow does take afew days to adjust to and I would advise you to use a med/firm base pillow under this one as that will help provide the height to support your neck and shoulders. Particularly for conditions like Fybro Myalgia or Osteoarthritis.I now couldn't do without this and very rarely get a stiff neck, upper back or shoulders after a long sleep using this. Compared to before I owned this, I would constantly get stiff neck etc.So in my opinion overall it's very useful.I like the fact that it's reversible between white and grey. The labels are on the grey side at the side so I tuck them under the adjacent pillow to hide them.The pillow doesn't need a pillowcase. It can and will require washing regularly whether in the washing machine or by hand.If you sweat alot at night it does however hold this which shows up clearly compared to pillowcases. You can't put it in the dryer as it needs to air dry which is abit of a pain so you need to wash it first thing in the morning to stand a chance of it being completely dry. But it is possible. The inner springbed can't be washed.This has benefited me heaps and reduced alot of the pain I felt before using, so give it a chance. It's not for everybody but works for many of us.

Pillows are very personal to the person using them. What suits one doesnt suit another. So I am glad to say that after much searching, I have finally found a pillow that is perfect for me; not too low, not too high, not too soft not too firm. Just enough support for my head, and most importantly sufficient support for my neck, so that I dont wake with neck ache in the morning. All in all this is the most comfortable pillow I have found.

Having spent over £300 in the last 12 months trying to find a pillow that will provide sufficient support to my arthritic neck to be able to get to sleep and stay asleep I was excited when I first used this pillow as it worked well for the first night and the second night then, depressingly, back to normal.
