thank you for your email .offering a refund, that is not necessary as the lamps do work albeit with a white light. But I do think you should mention in your description that the lamps are painted on the outside and will not withstand normal handling without the paint coming off. Regards John Ball.

these bulbs are not what they say
I got these bulbs for my optimist electric fire it stated that they were amber but after eight hours the amber coating flaked off leaving them just plain bulbs which made them useless very diserpointing
