For as long as I can remember, I a have been strogen dominant and testosterone levels have been "udetectable". I started taking DIM and it has helped symptoms but not hormonal levels, IN the last 6 months I added Calcium d glutarate to my DIM (both from this company). For the first time in more than a decade, my testosterone levels came into normal levels (I wasn't checked for estrogen in this last appt). Also the fibroids have improved enough that I can take my iron only several times a week rather than two times a day and I have good iron levels. This aspect has been dramatic. I am perimenopausal and as all of my friends are dealing with hot flashes etc, I have NOTHING (but before I started taking these products, I was constantly waking up in a pool of sweat and had disrupted sleep).
